Founders Story
Kate
Kate is an experienced international recruiter with over a decades experience across Europe. She has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients – from innovative start-ups to global blue chip companies and has successfully hired for leading brands including Google and Warner Brothers.
After many rewarding years in the UK she made the move to Cyprus to embrace a new chapter both professionally and personally. After trading the London hustle for sunshine and sea views she continues to work with clients and candidates across Europe. While her setting may have changed her commitment to excellence and recruitment remains the same. Based in Limassol she brings the same energy, honesty and commitment that has always defined her approach.
Outside of recruitment life is busy too! Kate is married with three gorgeous children and a playful puppy called Roxy. When shes not matching talent to opportunity you will often find her on the padel court soaking up the social spirit.
Katie is a recruitment expert with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for people. After successfully founding, growing and selling a recruitment business within the UK shes now bringing her experience (and trademark energy) to Cyprus and beyond, helping recruiters find their perfect fit. With years of hands on experience in the recruitment industry, Katie understands exactly what makes a great match – not just on paper, but in culture, energy, and ambition. Her goal is simple: to help both clients and candidates thrive through genuine partnerships and honest conversations. Her experience within recruitment brings deep industry knowledge, a down to earth approach, and a genuine love for what she does. On a personal note Katie is married with two lively lovely little boys and when shes not matching great candidates to great companies you will either find her somewhere sunny near the sea or on a padel/tennis court – her favourite ways to unwind.
Vision Statement
Together, Kate and Katie created K2 Talent to bring world-class recruitment standards to Cyprus. Their blend of global experience and local insight ensures both candidates and employers receive a truly bespoke service.
